This machine is mainly used for filling mineral water, beverage, soda water, tea   and other liquid products at room temperature. Work Principle

1).The bottles are sent to the filling system through star wheel transmission. The bottle is positioned on the bottle clamping plate. The filling valve uses the action of the cam and the bottle to realize the filling process of opening, filling and closing by its own spring (no filling without bottle). Then the middle star wheel pulls out the filled bottles and sends them to the capping system. The capping system has a lower cap for the bottle. The bottle and cap complete the tightening process through the magnetic capping head. Finally, the bottle discharge star wheel pulls out the bottle and enters the conveying system for later work.

The whole filling system components are installed on the drive plate of the frame, which has a large slewing bearing under the drive plate.

The speed-regulating motor drives the whole filling system through the reducer and large gear.

2).The capping system mainly consists of capping head, cam, hollow shaft, slide seat, cap fetch plate, capping channel, flat hopper and other parts. Firstly, the cap with the same direction of cap opening is taken out by the flat hopper and cap divider, and then conveyed to the cap fetch plate through the cap channel, and the cap fetch plate dials it to the bottom of the cap screwing head. After the cap head takes the cap, it rotates to the top of the bottle mouth, and completes the action of pressing down and screwing the cap under the action of cam and inner gear.
